They said that most of their emergency cases involve car accidents and the majority of them are becoming teen car accidents. The sheriffs decided that these defensive driving classes would not only decrease the number of car accidents, but help save the lives of those in the future generations by changing the habit of being distracted while driving. After taking the class, I got a certification which could be brought to my insurance company and they would give me a discount on my driver’s insurance. Even insurance companies recognize the significance of driver’s education. This experience was invaluable in helping me become a safer and more responsible driver.
