  • What
is the importance of drivers ed in reducing the number deaths
    as a result of driving?

The
number of deaths decreases because the driver becomes aware of the
risk of irresponsible driving

  • What
steps can be taken to reduce the number of deaths related to
    driving?

First,
using a mobile phone while driving in any way, even while waiting for
traffic lights or traffic jams, means that you do not focus on
driving completely, most painful accidents happen at the moment …
the moment of not being noticed.

 This
means that you are more prone to accidents four times when you use
your mobile phone while driving, and your natural reaction to avoid
accidents is 50% slower when you use your mobile phone than when you
are driving.

Solution:
Do not answer or answer any phone calls while driving. If you have to
stop in a parking lot and not on the road, do not call anyone while
driving. If you call someone and know that they are driving, ask them
to call you when they arrive. His destination is safe

Second,
the faster you drive, the more difficult it will be if you have an
unexpected situation that requires immediate stop. When you drive at
100 km / h, you will drive 3 meters before stopping at the moment you
need to stop suddenly. Running at 60 km per hour will only cut 1.6
meters, which means it is a matter of life or death.

Solution:
Your car may quickly fit the route you drive, in special cases such
as sandstorms and precipitation.

Remember
that the speed limit for any road is the maximum speed and not the
speed you must drive along the distance. Do not think that exceeding
the speed limits set in desert roads is safe, just because the road
is not crowded and open to you

Third,
do not wear your seatbelts. Putting your seat belt in front of your
car will not take more than a minute, but it is a moment to save your
life.

 Did
you know that motorists aged 17-34 are the most neglected category of
the safety belt and are also the most vulnerable to traffic
accidents, and as many people do not wear seat belts during short
trips in cars, raising the rate of serious injury if What happened to
traffic accidents.

Solution:
Always wear your seatbelt, make sure all passengers in your car wear
it before you go to your destination, and do not hesitate to wear
your seat belt just because you are going to go nearby

Wear
your seatbelts the right way, because wearing them the wrong way will
not give you the protection you need if you have a traffic accident

Fourth:
Driving the car during fatigue is similar in many ways to driving
under the influence of alcoholic beverages, because lack of focus,
and slow reaction and response, may lead to accidents in a severe
accident, driving the car by a person who is sleepy, not limited to
life This person is at risk, but also endangering the lives of
others, due to the person’s inability to focus on his surroundings
and interact with him at the required speed

Do
you know that 20% of traffic accidents are related to driving sleep
and that traffic accidents caused by driving sleep are more fatal or
serious accidents, and that the peak time for accidents is in the
early hours or after lunch and 40% Traffic accidents associated with
lack of sleep, occur by truck drivers and commercial vehicles

Solution:
Plan your long journeys to allow you to take a 15-minute break every
two hours and do not go on a long driving trip if you have not had
enough sleep and rest

 Keep
in mind the risks you may have if you wake up early than your normal
time for long driving hours

Try
to avoid long hours of driving at times like 6 am or midnight, the
times when many feel tired or drowsy

If
you feel tired or sleepy during driving, stop a little in a safe
area, not on the side of the highway, drink some coffee or any drink
containing caffeine and rest for 10 minutes

The
only way to reduce drowsiness and fatigue during driving is to get
enough rest, because coffee, caffeine or short rest may help you stay
awake for a short time only

  • Have
you ever had an experience of being in car accident or have seen
your friends or family members driving irresponsibly?

I
saw that but luckily we were not exposed to an accident but that is
not a safety standard

  • What
steps can you take to be a better and safer driver as well as help
others become safer on the road?

Variety of cars

It
is difficult for someone to have more than one car, but they may have
more than one type of car. Driving different types of vehicles
continuously helps to refine and improve

leadership
skills

Sense of movement of the car

Most
new people drive cars by focusing on the driving rules and procedures
needed to move the car, so they can’t drive smoothly without
problems. In fact, focusing on feeling the movement of the car as
part of the driver’s body helps many to deal with the road better,
But it helps the driver to avoid many difficult situations.

-Simulation
of difficult situations

 It
is not necessarily that the driver is exposed to difficult situations
while driving to learn how to avoid them, but can think of any
difficult situation he may be experiencing and try to drive the car
based on this situation, but with caution, so he can simulate most of
the difficult situations without risk and learn How to get rid of
them

 Manual
brakes The manual brakes are mostly used to keep the car static after
stopping, as some use for the review, but there are other uses for
these brakes, as they can be used on steep slopes and that need to
walk slowly, and it helps the driver to restore the track The car is
in the case of sliding whether on snow or water, but this needs to be
taught and training in areas dedicated to it

-Positioning
and driving backwards

 Driving
laws in some countries make the driver look over his or her back and
back, but in fact, the use of side and interior mirrors to align and
drive backwards is one of the best skills a driver must master
