I have seen my older sister oversleep and rush out the door with a wave of profanity following her. She takes an extremely curvy road to work and she drives our dad’s old jeep. I have been worried watching her drive stressed many times. I’m never worried that she’ll drink and drive or text and drive. I am worried she’s just too stressed to focus. There have been kids from our school who have died on that road. I want her and others to realize leaving on time creates calmer, safer driving.
