steps to be a better and safer driver

The
importance of drivers ed is reducing the number of deaths
because it teaches the road law and rules in order to prevent deaths.
You cannot predict what will happen on the road, but you can prevent
deaths. Texting while driving is the biggest mistake, drivers
concentrate on their phone, how to spell words correctly and press
the right button. I have had an experience in my life where my friend
was driving really fast while texting. My friend was in a car behind
me when I stopped on a crosswalk to let a pedestrian across the
road. Since she was on her phone, she did not notice when I stopped,
and hit my car. As a result, both of us got a concussion. It was a
good lesson for us, since then she doesn’t text when she drives. To
be a better and safer driver, drivers need to take a lot of
responsibility. The driving age in the States is sixteen. Teenagers
are not responsible at this age on the roads. Drivers have to follow
the roads rules and signs. Drinking is another issue, “little”
drunk drivers think they can control the situation on the roads,
however numbers of car accidents show opposite. Following rules is
the way to be a better and safer driver.
