The importance of drivers ed when it comes to reducing the
death tolls is that it teaches you right from wrong when it comes to
driving. Drivers ed will teach you everything you need to know
about the car, how to drive in any type of weather condition and what
to do if you run in to an issue that you never ran into before or
that you may run in to in the future . It will teach you not to use
your phone, to keep your focus on the road and your surroundings.
Drivers ed will also teach you how to be confident when you are
behind the wheel the teachers will explain everything to you and show
you the right way to prevent an accident from happening. Drivers
education will also teach you how to follow street rules and street
traffic flow so there is no risk for an accident happening or anyone
to get hurt drivers ed will also teach what to do in case of an
emergency. The steps that can be taken to reduce the number of deaths
related to driving is by putting a cellphone block in our vehicles
and by making everyone take drivers ed before they can get their
license. Another way we could make everyone a safer driver is by
making everyone periodically take a short quiz following a reading on
safe driving and offer an insurance reduction as a promotion to get
more people to do it. Also, before you can get your license you
should have to pass 3 separate road test in three different weather
conditions or seasons or to just take three tests in bad snow or ice
storms during the wintertime. Yes, I have been in two car accident
were friends were driving irresponsibly. They were speeding and
passing around other cars the first time and then the second time
they were texting and driving at the same time. The steps that can be
taken to make me a better and safer driver are to not follow in their
footsteps, have drivers ed teach me , and to follow the laws at all
times no matter what time off day it is even if I am in a rush to get
somewhere. I will also make sure that I know what is ok to do and
what is not ok to do when it comes to driving during the day and
knight. I will make sure I will know all the speed limits , street
signs and street marking before I get behind the wheel at any time
of the day so I do not put others at risk or put my self at risk at
any point or time or cause a deadly accident trying to figure out
what a certain signs says because I will know the marking on it and
what that certain marking means and if I should be alert or if it is
for ex trains or truckers .
