The lack of education

Where I live the
emphasis in education is lacking. To get your driver’s license here
you have to drive in a circle around the block and you pass. I took
drivers ed for the sole purpose of getting the discount on my
insurance. So even if people take that, they don’t nearly focus on
it as much as they should.
