What? Driving Is Hard!
A
five-year-old, say, doesn’t have to worry about how well the driver
of the vehicle drives. But, when that child blossoms into adulthood,
they have to wake up and “smell the asphalt”. Everything that was
often their mother’s problem is, unfortunately, has to be dealt
with on their own. How is an individual supposed to operate a vehicle
in such an unsafe planet?
Many
D.A.R.E. teachers chant “don’t drink and drive” and “don’t
text and drive.” While this is very pertinent information, parents
and teachers should not stop there when it comes to creating a safer
driver. So, without further stalling on my part, here are some
important informational tips to know:
The
number one thing is to pay attention while in the driver’s seat. As
critical as it is, many who are first driving find this hard to
master. Having a clear head certainly helps – that’s why they also
tell you not to drive when tired or upset, or on medication.
Also,
learn when hesitation is beneficial to you. If you are wondering if
you have time to go before the car comes, it is likely safer to wait.
Make
sure to look everywhere for obstructing cars while merging, and
pedestrians while in a parking lot.
If
you are not going the same speed as the person behind you, especially
in the city, They will want to cut you. Either go the correct speed
limit as you are supposed to, or predict this and make room.
That’s
