Super professional! My daughter had a great experience. Scheduling is so easy. If they reschedule they send you a check. The teachers and owners are friendly and my daughter liked them all. Nobody made her uncomfortable or nervous. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing!!! My driver instructor helped me really well with my driving skills, as well as giving me criticism on things I strongly needed to work on to pass my driving test. My driver instructor also helped me overcome my fear of driving on the freeway too!! I took my driving test not too long ago and passed first try! Whenever my friends ask what driving school helps the most, I always say West Point !

Brian he's an excellent teacher and we ask for him specifically to help Alexa, we are so lucky to have him as her driving instructor. Westpoint is amazing and from start to finish has been a great experience. She took the exam once and the behind the wheel and pass with only two mistakes, and she is now driving to school !!! Ask for Brian he is the best! I have recommended this school to all of our neighbors here!!

Fantastic company. They gave my child the necessary tools to pass the written and the behind the wheel test the 1st time. Paul and Megan were really flexible in working with my family's busy schedule. If you have a motivated child that want to get his or her license send them to West Point. A nice touch was that for the final lesson before the DMV behind the wheel test, let them know which location you are taking it at (i.e. Roseville, Carmichael, Folsom etc) and they will take your student and do a final walk thru to get accustom to the neighborhood.

Paid for the full experience for my daughter and they were very informative of the whole process for teens to get a license, which made it less stressful for me. Really great instructors that were always punctual to pick her up and informative and patient while my daughter drove. I'll be using them again for her sibling!

I highly recommend West Point Driving School. The staff was always super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The online class was very helpful and easy for my daughter to fit into her schedule. She passed her written test with no problem. The driving instructors were wonderful. They were very knowledgable and professional and this allowed my daughter to feel very comfortable learning and asking questions during the lesson. My daughter took her driving test and passed with 100%.

This review strictly is about their cancellation policy. My daughter woke up sick this morning and is unable to participate in her lesson today. She did not go to school today bc she is sick. Their cancellation policy is a $40 fee if there's less than 24 hrs notice. My choices were, force my daughter to take her driving lesson today while being sick (not sure the instructor would appreciate that) or reschedule and pay their $40 fee. I paid the fee and moved the appointment. This doesn't feel right. Other than that, we have been satisfied with her lessons. Cancellation policy when a student is sick? - not satisfied at all.

West Point is Hands down the BEST driving school!! My son started his first lesson at another driving school. There were some things we both didn't feel comfortable about. So I decided to change driving schools and found West Point on Yelp and read all the good reviews. My son had his first appointment with Frank who is super awesome! He is patient, kind and understanding. Frank has great communication skills and he really does take the parent's concerns into consideration. My son has had all 3 lessons with Frank and always felt good about himself and his driving afterwards. As a parent, that made me feel good and comfortable with Frank. He was like a big brother teaching his little brother how to drive. My son passed on his First driving test! THANK YOU SO MUCH WEST POINT AND FRANK!! Keep Rockin it!!!

These guys are very professional. All the three instructors my son had were very calm and composed. All the classes started on time and ended on time. My son felt at ease driving with their instructors. Their cars are clean and well maintained.

My son took his first driving lesson with Frank from West Point. It was a two hour lesson. Frank was kind, patient, and professional. He was on time, and picked up our son at the house. My son called him a "really nice guy." The car was very nice as well. It was a clean, white, new looking Toyota. We will use West Point and Frank again. Great experience and company. Thank you.

Amazing company! I could always get ahold of someone and they gave our daughter the confidence and education she needed to pass the behind the wheel test on her first try.

My two children took lessons from West Point Driving School and all passed the DMV drive test on the first try! My daughter just got her interim driver license last week. Shoutout to Ken who is an amazing driving instructor.

I contacted this driving school based on the positive online reviews I saw and everyone was right - this place is the best. We met Megan on the phone - she helped up with scheduling my daughter's training and answered all of my various "mom" questions... Megan was available when we had other concerns and questions and always returned our calls promptly. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Brian (driving instructor) is phenomenal! My teen felt comfortable and learned so much with his instruction. Brian always checked in with me before and after lessons to keep me apprised of my daughter's progress. I'm extremely grateful we found this driving school. They are beyond compare. 100 stars!

The instructor was amazing, patient and a very good driver. He built a good rapport with my son and he learned so much. I rode along the first lesson but after that knew he was in good hands. He Passed his test.

This experience was so good! We had Trey assist us and he put us at ease immediately. This driving instruction was for my son, but Trey encouraged me(his mom) to ride along,which was great because it helped me know the things to reinforce with my son. He really educated us ,was patient and funny. Request Trey, he was amazing:)

My wife raved about how professional Frank was in providing timely and seasoned (behind the wheel) driver training with the two sessions she had with him. My wife now has more confidence in maneuvering highways CA Route 65, Interstate 80 and US Route 50 which is her route to and from work. Frank also provided recommendations to further improve her driving skills. My wife and I highly recommend highly recommend West Point Driving School and Frank for their courteous and high-quality service. Thank you!

I'm a college student at UC Davis, and I'd willing to take 1h bus ride from Davis to W Sacramento with 100F heat outside - should be enough for a recommendation. I'm a simple person, I assign for a driving lesson at x time x location, then I want to see the instructor with the training vehicle show up on THAT time THAT location and offer the FULL 2h hands-on driving experience. And of course, the West Point delivers - better than I ever expected. For all three lessons I took, the instructor always arrive at the location 10-15mins early - I'd know that because the bus ride let me arrive 30mins early, and it's guaranteed to be a 2-full-hour of hand-on behing-the-wheel experience. Not only they go through the normal content that helps with DMV test, like turing on intersection, line changing, downtown driving, backing; for my case, the instructor also go through some extra stuff that won't be on DMV test but definitely will help me as an actual driver - highway driving/line changing at ~60mph, U turn, 90 degrees parking, dealing with two-way stop sign with limit side views. The condition of the training wheel is also very good, at least from my experience, West Point very likely has a high maintenance standard for those wheels as the gas/brake on the training vehicle performs just as they should - respond to proper force but not over-sensitive or insensitive. The only two wishes I had are: one, expanding their service area to include some other cities around grand Sacramento; two, offer service for DMV behind-the-wheel test usage. I do understand for the purpose of quality control, both wishes are very hard to come true, but that's why people make wishes, no?

Not sure if it was an instructor driving but the car was speeding through school zones and crosswalks as people were crossing.
